All items purchased from Bow & Bling LLC are considered final sales and are non-refundable, with the exception of items that arrive damaged or defective. Should you encounter a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Simply send a photo of the damaged item to [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. After evaluating the provided images, if we find it to be our responsibility, we are more than happy to offer a replacement item or grant store credit, as determined by Bow & Bling LLC.
