What is included in each Bling Box?

Our cheerleading boxes typically include a variety of items such as apparel, accessories, training tools, beauty products, and exclusive cheer-themed merchandise to enhance your cheerleading experience.

Who can benefit from this cheerleading box?

 Our boxes are designed for cheerleaders of all ages and skill levels, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro looking to enhance your cheer gear collection.

How often will I receive a box?

Our subscription service delivers a new box every month. The box is typically delivered at the end of the preceding month for anticipated delivery to your doorstep the first week of each month. For example, a box will be delivered the last week of March for an anticipated delivery the first week of April. 

Can I personalize the items in my box?

Absolutely! You can personalize certain items in each box with a name of your choice. Popular options for personalization include your first name, last name, nickname, gym name, or team name. Let your creativity shine. For just an extra $9.99 per month, you can enjoy the personalized touch on your items!

The Subscription

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. Although we would be sad to see you leave, we want to ensure the process is convenient. Monthly subscriptions should be canceled before the 15th of the month in order to prevent further charges. For 6 and 12-month plans, these will automatically renew and should be canceled before the 15th of the last month in the plan. For example, if you purchased a six-month plan in January, it should be canceled before the 15th of June to avoid renewal. Even after canceling a multi month plan, you will continue to receive your remaining monthly boxes until the end of your subscription term.

When will I be billed for my subscription?

Your first Bling Box will be charged on the day of subscription. Each month following, your account will be charged on the 15th of each month. 

What is the cut off time to order the upcoming month’s box?

The cut off to receive the upcoming box is the 15th of each month. If you place your initial order between the 15th and the 30th of the month, you will receive a special welcome box. This box is different from our regular monthly subscription but provides equally amazing products, quality, and spirit. It will be shipped within 7-10 days from your purchase date.

Regardless of your initial subscription date, moving forward, you will be charged on the 15th of each month. Your box will be shipped during the last week of the month, with delivery expected in the first week of the following month.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment doesn’t go through, we’ll try again three times within one week. Each time a payment attempt fails, you’ll be notified and given a chance to update your payment method. If the third attempt still doesn’t succeed, your subscription will be canceled.

Shipping

How long does it take to receive my subscription box?

Your subscription box is typically shipped at the end of the previous month and is expected to arrive during the first week of the following month. For example, your box for April will be shipped in the last week of March, aiming for delivery in the first week of April.

Will I receive a tracking number when my box is shipped?

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your label is created. This tracking number will allow you to check the shipping date of your box and estimate its expected arrival date.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States and are looking into international shipping options, so stay tuned for updates.

Returns / Exchanges / Damaged Products

What if my box arrives damaged or has missing items?

Please email [email protected] within seven days of box delivery. Include a photo of the damage product in your email and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund if necessary.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your product arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Please email us at [email protected] with a photo of the damaged product within seven days of receiving your box.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please complete the cancellation process through your portal by the 15th of each month. Once your account is charged on the 15th, your box will be processed and shipped. Cancellation of processed orders will not be granted.
